my DKU-2 cable which i have just brought for my 6230 will not work. when i am on PC SUITE it will let me use the program but when i want to send it to my phone it will not identify my phone!!! i have installed the cable and everything, it is not working please help immediatly

Does the phone recognizes the cable when connected?

And there is the problem, the phone should normally recognize the cable when connected.
From here I have no more ideas...

I have the same problem with my Nokia 6320 - the computer recognizes the cable, the DKU-2 drivers install (and are on the System Device Manager), the phone automatically charges when I connect it, but no phone appears in the PC suite.
I'm on XP SP-2. tried reinstalling several times (after using the Nokia clean registry utility). Nada!
Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I have tried using a DKU-2 USB cable connection as suggested but my PC cannot see my Nokia 6230 phone at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?

yuh same problem here..did yall installed both pc suite and usb cable drivers?? I got really tired by it and bought a cheap usb bluetooth stick..works very well
