Hi all,
I know lots of people have had problems with this program, but it's driving me nuts!
I have a Samsung P510, and data cable PCB093LBE as recommended to me by Samsung.
When I connect the phone it beeps once I have opened the program but then just says OFFLINE, I have changed the setup speeds etc, and have it on port 1.
No clue what to do next, it's so frustrating, someone help me please?!!

make sure port 1 is the actual port the cable is connected to.

I'm having same problem, still waiting for samsung technical to reply to emails, will post when (IF) i get a reply.
Damn shame nice phone!

I'm waiting for them too, and I'll let ya know also, it's such a nightmare.... all I wanna do is upload ringtones and pictures!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
It's a really nice phone which makes it even more irritating.
I feel like I'm missing something and must be doing something major wrong!

Talk very nicely to whoever you bought your cable from, just swapped mine for an irda, ma-620 by mobile action , the data cd that came with it
won't work but works fine with easy gprs. Download yourself PSM play 5.0
and convert midi files to 40bit poly EXCELLENT

Thank hon, I will try but it was an ebay seller so I doubt I'll have much luck, I just don't get why I'm having so many problems with this.

Hope you manage to find one, let me know how much, ( whats your location? ) Most uk sites about £25, but local man only charged me £10 for original cable and didn't ask for any more to swap to irda.

oh and hey I don't suppose you know how to silence the camera sound do ya? I don't think there's a way.
I do love this phone, just wish they'd refined little things, like the video with sound, bluetooth would be good from Samsung, but on the whole I like the quality of the photos, ease of use, style, etc etc
