Hi guys, i bought a E700 recently ( its the newest cell on Brazil  ), and i'm having some troubles with the phone....
when i'm using the file manager, it reads the memory, it sends images and ringtones to the cell, but when i try to download anything from the cell to the pc , a error msg appears, with the cd from the cell box appeared something with CRC , with the new version ( i guess ) that i downloaded from the samsung site it just appears "Error on transfering file"
ps: when i try to download st the download starts, when its finished the error message appears but the file not..
ps2: i have already called samsung and they dont know what to do, they said that they we're going to call me back, but they didn't

Are you trying to download ringtones and pictures downloaded via wap? If so it may be that there protected.

no i'm not, i'm trying to download photos witch i had taken... even the ringtones i had uploaded i cant download....
i cant download nothing at all....

Restart your computer and try again or Downgrade your EasyStudio.

restart my pc?
i have alredy did it many of times, i already tried
1) The Progam from the Cd that comes with the cell
2) Same program , but upgraded by the auto-update
3) Downloaded from samsung website

Install the Version from that CD again but this time don't do the Update.

was the first thing i tried as i said on my last post
1ª - cd , without update
2ª - cd + update
3ª - downloaded from samsung site

PCB133LBN ( come with the phone )
i download the software from samsung.com website, i will try to download from the samsung.com.br (brazilian ) website, maybe there is somekind of diference between the brazilian model and the usa model...
but i guess its the same from the cd + update....
