Yes, the 7250 phone icon should appear in your phone browser when you're connected to the PC. That is the icon you should click to access the folders in your phone.

Check that you're using PC Suite 5.1 and if you are, maybe you want to try reinstalling it? Alternatively you can use MobiMB 1.2.2 from the logomanager website.

Sometimes it happended to me too. What i do,

1. Close phone browser

2. Just disconnect the irDA on the phone and the pc. While for 2 minutes so that irDA is disable on the phone

3. FIRST, enable the irDA on the phone. SECOND, open phone browser. Tadaaa. It always work for me.

I think that you need version 1.2.3 for a 7250. I don't think 1.2.2 is compatible. Anyone tried? icon_confused.gif

drapple,

You are using a Nokia 7250. Can you back up the files in the phone? Include the games and applications.

Can you send me the original game, Bounce in the Nokia 7250? The jad and jar files.

I am really fed up with Phone Browser!

Just downloaded version today but cannot get to work with my 7250. Like previous post, I can do backup/sychronize with Outlook/Send SMS etc but I cannot see the photo/graphics/tones files on my PC (I cannot browse the Gallery part of the phone)

When I click Refresh or Update it says it's making the connection, connection ready, then Updating but this happens very quickly and there are still no files in the window on my PC.

I don't understand. It seems okay when I drag a file from my C: drive into a phone folder like the Photos one, I can click update and see the file on my phone. But not the other way, phone to PC.

Version of Data Suite is the latest on a new PC with Belkin IR on USB and Win XP. Installed IR driver before Data Suite like it says in the instructions.

Lost for any further ideas! Have you got any?
