So if i were to call T-Mobile today and tell them to disable detailed billing for my texts.would i get detailed or undetailed text billing on the next bill that i receive? Does it activate right away?
and also, what kind of information do they ask you for when you call them?

OMG! Dont you know the customer is always right! HaHa! Seriously though, I ran into a situation where I HAD to have a number removed from my phone bill because my wife got suspicious.needless to say, I called my wireless provider over and over and told them my marriage was in jeopardy because a number I never called kept showing up on my bill. At first they said they couldnt do anything about it but I finally got someone who had sympathy for me I guess.he connected me to his supervisor and told me to tell him that some how the tower in my area must have been crossing calls and that this number kept showing up on my bill.I gave him the same spill about my marriage and a week later I checked online again and the number was gone.made my wife feel real stupid.and I got lucky the same night.HeHe.Real LUCKY! Bottom line.if you throw a big enough fit, you can get your way! Never take no for an answer!
