i dont want my numbers ..especially mt texts on my bill..how do i get them to take off.

You don't. It's part of the "detailed billing" and that's just the way it is.

If you call 611 from your t-mobile phone, or 1-800-T-MOBILE they can remove detailed billing from your account. Btw, be sure to thank the represenative you're speaking with..we're really underpaid. :>

i dont think that the person is going to tell ya that! haha i think for the BS they have to deal with - im not talking about US im talking about the dead beet customers who dont pay its not woth wut their getting paied but they do get a SWEET hookup on cell phone plans.

When you say texts, do you mean the actual message you texted or the number you sent the message to?

Acutally, you can, call into customer care and ask them to remove you itemized billing, no charge to do it. and all you will get is a bill with just your charges, but keep in mind that the call detail up to the date you call and request the change will show up on the next bill.

Call the customer service tell them you want to exclude the itemized billing, this will show only the balance due, but mind you if you get a huge bill you as well as them will not be able to see the details as you requested to have it disabled, you will not see this online either if you have access to your account online even if you reverse this action the months that you had the itemized disable cannot be reversed
