i have a windows xp system updated with SP1. I got a 256 MB MMC card for my Ngage as i wanted it to be a MP3 player. But When I try to connect my phone by the data cable provided, there is no Mass Storage Device detected or no extra drive name is displayed. I am dishearted by this as i heard it works and one can easily get the files transfered via data cable (USB port). Please help me in this. In case you r not clear about this explanation, plz revert back to me n I will explain it in detail. I thought it is an investment, but turned out to be a wastage of money. Help me !

I have win xp with sp2 installed. When i had the n-gage it used to work like a charm.
Just plug the cable into the usb port of the computer and then plug the other end in the min-usb slot of the phone. Make sure the phone is switched on and that the mmc is in the phone.
Then if u dont get any automatic notifications, simply go to "My Computer" and u should see an additional hard disk there. It is the mmc of your n-gage.

well after all these "years" i finally came up of solution.
Just download SDFORMATTER V2.0. its a Panasonic SD formatter. Eventhough we use MMC, it solve the problem! just format it and OLAH, NGAGE will be detected! Hope it work for you because it works in my ngage!
