Hi,
I will be visiting the USA for 6 weeks soon on a study tour and I would like to have a cell phone that my family and colleagues can reach me on. I have thought about buying a pay as you go cell phone. However a few issues arise I need a tri band phone which I can then use in Europe , can I buy such a thing for under $100 ?? I can buy a prepaid in Australia for under $50 and then just re charge as I need it.
I am travelling in New Orleans, New York, Washington, St.Louis, Buffalo and Orlando will the one phone or provider work in all of these cities?
Should I wait until I reach the East Coast New York and then buy a phone ? will it then work for all of the East Coast??
Which provider should I go to?
