Wondering how to download or create ringers for the v600. Came across a guy who had sound bites as ringers for his phone. So cool. For instance a clip from a movie, Richard Pryor phrases, stuff Eddie Murphy has said, etc. He had different ringers for different people. It was hilarious. any ideas? I've also searched the net a bit too but can't seem to find anything. Thanks

You can use mp3 cutter software to edit your sound bites. The software is use to cut down what portion of the sound bites or mp3 song you want. Very easy to use. Click on the url for the website address.

To download ringtones to phone, you will need a usb data cable or usb bluetooth adapter. These can be purchased from ebay at reasonable price. You will also need a software to download ringtones. Many users try Mobile Phone Tools by Motorola. This can also be obtain from the web. Good luck.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I will use them and see if I can't edit a sound byte.

Thanks again

Thanks. You are a lifesaver icon_smile.gif Another question, after downloading the rings onto the phone, how do you apply it as a ringtone?

jitt217:

Choose the ringtone and click on the menu button (top middle button on the keypad). Highlight "set ringtone as". Choose ringtune. You are done. Email me if you have problem.
