Would you please let me know what's the best deal we can get after the one year contract, if I am ready to sign up for one year.
The current plan gives 600 min for 39.99$, do they give more min if I sign a contract.

Minutes are the same. They dont give out different plans just because you have been with them for awhile. They do give out loyalty minutes and bonus minutes thou.
Signing a new contract just means that youre agreeing to stay for another year so they will give you a discount on your new phone.

your not gonna get as big of a discount on the phones as you did when you signed up the first time but it knocks 50 to 100 bucks off the phone. plus sometimes you can get a mail in rebate as well.
Camera phone wise the Samsung e315 is a good choice, it just came out so it wont go obsolete for about another month  plus it has vid record and is not to expensive.
Oh fly u forgot one, the Sidekick 2 has a camera+flash
