Using a file manager goto C:\System\Apps\Phone\Oplogo and delete the image. Then restart the phone.

Whenever i want to restore my original Operator Logo i go to Settings, then Restore Factory Settings! Then you have to enter your security code which is usually 12345 unless you have changed it!
I hope this Helps!

Abhishta...
It sounds like you have ur fone and ur computer connected or somthing? because u said to use a C:/ drive or something? I would have no idea how to go about using your way? Resetting the phone doesnt loose any memory execpt the high scores on the games and ringtones that you have composed! lol...
what do oyu do your way with?

Install an app like FExplorer or SeleQ in your 3650. These are file manager apps, similar to the windows explorer u have on your pc. Then try the method i posted abt.
Oke, i confused your reset with a format.

Just upload a transperant image file to the phone. Then use SeleQ and set it as op logo.
