You either didn't unlock your phone correctly or did not fully unlock it. Re-flash your phone and try again.

1. Turn off your phone, put in a SIM of a provider that it is NOT LOCKED
(difference company's SIM card) to, and turn it back on.
2. At the wrong card message, type *#9998*3323#. A message will pop up telling you to press exit,
so hit the right soft key. Choose number 7 . Your phone will
reboot and your SIM will work.
3. Type *0141# and then hit call. This will give you a message saying your phone is personalized.
4. Power down your phone and insert a SIM card other(another company) than the one that is in it.
Then power back up your phone.
5. At the SIM pass code prompt type 00000000, that is 8 zeroes. So that will totally UNLOCK your phone.

Hi,

I tried the above unlocking instruction for my new samsung E715, but it tells me '3323 WRONG ENTRY'. Could you please help me to unlock this phone because I am in Australia, cannot use T-mobile and the eBay seller is not helpful after taking my money. Many thanks to your support. meefong icon_cry.gif

Read the first post. There just may be a chance this message board has a sticky on it and I guaruntee it has something to do with that first post. It says that all that other trash doesn't work. If 3323 is a wrong entry, an unlocking program is the ONLY way to not mess up your phone. There is no alternate code that will safely unlock your phone unless you have one of the ORIGINAL Samsung phones (if they are anything like the Nokias) back when the manufacturers didn't expect codes to get public so easily.

Good research. I have been trying to help people find that USB driver, because there is this rumor out there that you can only use the serial to flash, and it is untrue.
That code is EVIL! I have personally tested all these codes out there on my phones with the specific purpose of deciding what does and does not work. If you don't have the luxury of having a back-up firmware, cables, and the great help (thanks guys) I have had when you try these codes, it tends to be a big stress when you realize the damage.
Also: Am I currently the only person hosting the x426 firmware now? I got it from a site linked to on one of these forums, but that site seems to have gone under. The only advantage to mine was that it is unlocked, but I was wondering if anyone else is still hosting.

please direct your question to the "easystudio help" and "firmware modding" forums and they should be able to help you. this is unlocking for removing network locks.
