i need some help. The phone is an x427 ver 1.3. Ive unlocked it and I have the cable and I want to update it to x427m. I have opti flash 3.6 and I go through all of the steps to backup and everytime it gives me an error "ERR_WRONG_SAVEFILE". What am I doing wrong? If there are working links to unlocked x427m firmware and working optiflash could someone post them. And what backup regions should I be using?
Thanks

Hey,
I've been looking for the x426 Firmware v 1.6 (X46UEDC1.zip) for days with no luck. I have the cable and Optiflash too, I just need the firmware to flash it to the x426. Anyone still keeps this file? Could anyone send it to me to optalidon@gmail.com ? (The link in roswell108's site doesn't work)
Thanks !

Hi. i have samsung sgh-x426 mobile phone. the problem is this phone's network is 850/1900 MHz but my area needs a network band of 900/1800 MHz.
Is it possible to convert it's band from 850/1900 to 900/1800 MHz. is there any firmwares or softwares or codes to change the network band.
If yes please let me know.
Thankx

I don't think such firmware or codes exist that will allow you to change the band from 850/1900 to 900/1800 as it is not simply software. The hardware will determine the operating bands for the phone.
