said already personalized

anyone with any info on how to fix this? |

-i have a samsung d415 and when i put the other SIM in from a different company i ended up partialy unlocking it. it shows i have a voicemail and a message and it has bars to show that theirs a signal. i did that *#9998*3323# and nothing pops up excepts
3323 wrong entry
what did i do!?

for free. i dont think so. this page ask 21 dollar for unlocking
and it takes 48 hours before you have your unlockcode. also they only give the unlockcode so if you have phone freeze, or return for service they cannot help you
a better way is to unlock it in "unlock shop" or at online server with cable (like klandendi server (only for older models), or www.UnlockSamsungOnline.nl (more than 700+ phones supported) )
then you can unlock it instant (by cable) no need to wait till codes, and also possible to repair wrong unlocked phones

when i put a other card in it it gives phone freeze.
