I'm trying to set up my 7250 so that I can send emails. Am I correct in thinking that the only way to email from this phone is to set up the email settings in the message center and send via text message?
Thanks in advance.

You need to get onto your provider and get them to activate mms on your account and get them to send out the settings in the form of a text message, the settings will arrive and you save them, then activate them which is very easy on the 7250.Otherwise you will struggle and have a bit of grief like I did.

I already have 02 MMS settings. I cant send mails though!!
Ive tried
-Multimedia message
- create message
-type the message
-type the email addy
- then it says saved to outbox.
email then never turns up.
Then I tried
-Text message
- create e-mail
-type email
-type subject and message
- send e-mail
- "message sending failed"
hope somebody can show me the light!
cheers

I mean dont to sound 'clever' but have you been in touch with your service provider and got them to activate mms and gprs on your account. Its ok to have the settings etc on your phone but unless they have activated the settings at their end it wont work,I had to wait 48hrs before they activated my settings and my friend had to wait about 8 days. You need the gprs activated also to send a multi media message but this also must be done from their end not just on your handset.
Hope this helps

You have to send it to a special phonenumber which your operator can tell you. Here in Germany it works fine with normal SMS ^^
I haven't tried MMS yet.
