I tried to open some programs where i could download the PST and Midway yet i couldn't log in after i paid for the programs! I have a motorola V180 phone and can someone send me these programs. I want to upload games to my phone and i've been trying for days on end. Or if someone can tell me how i can get ahold of these files that would be great thanx

This tutorial is pretty helpful. Yet Im having trouble finding the part about uploading applets and java programs and games to a V3 Razr. (Perhaps I might've missed it).

Lets say I've already downloaded the game or applet to my comp from the web. What program/tools would I use to get them onto my Razr? I have a bunch, I just havent figured out how to get them onto the phone. Already tried P2kman, but failed miserably.

Well that was difficult to do, But in the end it all worked for both phones a v547 and a v545.

The unlocking of the java loader was a cinch once i found pst i ended up at a german site trying to decypher what the hell i had to do before it would let me download it lol but hey:)

The major problem i had was with MPT the programme stops recognising the phones when pst in installed so i had to do a few system restores.

Once done with PSt i got rid (but kept the file just incase) then everything went a treat uploading a game all i do is open midway (after setting it to com4) then run the loader on the phone plug it in pick the game press download on the phone and bobs your uncle.

One problem remains which is more an annoyance i have to trick MPT into thinking the v545 is a v547 for it to recognise the phone, to do this i install the v547 then click new phone and plug in the 545 then go through the options at the end where it wants a make i just pick 547 and it works icon_smile.gif

So all in all it has been worth it as both my daughter and i can now have free java games...

Big massive thanks for this FAQ it helped a lot....

I also installed the software, but I don't have english windows, and during the installation I always get an error message, but the installation comlpetes without any problem.
I have a Motorola V220, and when I select select Phone -> Read when the progress bar reach 50%, i get an error message: Interface error:
Please power cycle the phone and repeat operation again.
So I don't know what to do..
