Ok - i've found a nice new tool for you - download and install this: http://developer.motorola.com/?path=1.2.6.30.777

Then for setting the comm port in midway take a look at this: http://www.ic.sunysb.edu/Stu/cdigiamo/tutorial/v220/tut.html

Skip straight to the midway bits as that first program I linked will take care of all the drivers and the app loader - it comes with a nice manual as well once you have run the install package

Make sure the jad file points to the jar file correctly - its best to make your own using jadmaker
