Hi, can anyone help me. I just got my V690 + Data cable
and a couple of games for Moto V600. I checked several forums and it said that my motorola V690 does support Java upload
Here are my questions
1) can my V690 support Java games for V600?
2) if not, anyone has a game for V690?
----> Most important question is How do I upload Java games into my V690?
I've tried Midway and PTS, but it seems that they can't connected to my phone. I tried mobile Phone Tolls, I can upload picture, but not Java. I can see a Java folder in my multimedia section, but it's empty and I can't transfer any of my jad file into it.
Please help. Thank you

you need to enble java app loader first. Follow this to enable java
http://forums.mobiledia.com/topic18198.html
then use midway to upload jar file. make sure you set the com port to com 4 or 3. It should be on of those ports.

I tried PST already a couples of time, but it doesn't work. They keep saying that my phone is not connected. I wonder if it work with the V690

Using MIDway - it uploads the JAD for the game file, then prompts (on my V600) to download the file, then states there was an error uploading the JAR.
I've tried putting the files in the same folder, rather than the separate folders they were in - still no dice.

You need to convert the games to jad. Use jadmaker. Google search.
Make sure you have the correct com port setup.

Pst bydefault only detected up to Comport #3, check your fone modem comport to see waht port # it is in ( probobly comp#4 or higher) then you need a PST universal patch to get it detect up to comprot #8. Then try to do read fone again it should work
