Im not an expert on using the Sony Ericsson site for language packs but if you are looking for a third party option then if you order the kit from the page below you will be able to add simplified Chinese to the K700 phone (you can have both packs on the phone at the same time) The pack will include both the cable, software and access to all flash files for the K700 phone.

As far as im aware there is no free way to unlock your phone. The davinciteam site is a credits based system. Most are.
The instructions on the site below are for unlocking with the totalmultiserver software. Its really easy, even a non-regular computer user could muddle their way through it.

1. You need a T28 cable
2. You need some sort of server software like Totalserver, danvinci team.
3. To find our your current software version do the following. This is the same for most SE phones
1. Starting at the main display, follow this sequence to enter the "Service" menu: >*<<*<* (where < and > represent left and right nudges of the joy stick).
2. Select the "Service Info" menu.
3. Select "Software Info".
4. The firmware version can be read from the top line of the Software Info display. For example, mine reads "R1L002".
4. You would choose the update with the highest firmware number, you can check with the server owner before flashing which version this is.
5. The update comes along in a downloadable area within the flashing software.
6. The flashing kits from most places come complete with a guide.

hi, please i need some help unlocking my z500a. its with cingular. im sorry but i dont understand all what you guys said in this thread. lol. i know one thing....get a T-28 cable. i was wondering though, i have a DCU-11 cable....can i use that? please can someone help me please? or is there a place like a store or computer fixing place where i can take my phone to so they can unlock it? thanks in advance
