I've just installed TMS but am unable to connect to the server. Has anybody got any ideas. I've disabled firewalls and antivirus but still no luck.

i am really confused over how i should unlock my new z520i. I am on t-mobile but want to use my previous o2 card. do i need to purchase the unlocking cable, or can i go to a market or use any codes? Also, what is this software that i should download? Sorry to be so clueless, any help would be appreciated!
