hope someone can help!!!my nokia 3650 has gone funny on me.when i use my key pad to text or search for stuff on the net i cannot because everyting i type comes out as numbers not as letters.ive checked my message settings but its not that.i cannot access the GENERAL settings as the phone will not allow me to open that option however i can access any of the other settings. i would like to format my phone is that a good idea?ive even done reset factory settings by using the code found in the forum.however when trying to to format the phone the lock code i enter 12345 is incorrect even though the fone has been resetted to factory settings. please can anyone help me???dont know what to do??thanx for any suggestions.

start by trying to create a new text message, when you punch in numbers instead of letters, hold down # and try continuing to write in. if nothing works call customer service, you may have a problem on tour hands...

i think he meant 'your hands'. btw, try a soft reset at first(*#7780#). If it still doesnt work, then try a deep reset(*#7370#).
