hmm but cingular is the same as att.... why dont you call them? you already have service with them..im sure they can help you.. you can also go to that unlockme.uk something site. youll have to search around for that. Theres a program that gets unlock codes but i forgot the name. I unlocked my nokias from att a while back ago and sold them.

I think Samsung Agere Unlocker can do it. Someone told me that they were able to unlock their E315 with it. E316/E317 is similar, so I'm sure it'll work for them as well.
