yeah this frustrated me too.. the only way ive found out how to get round it is to get some new ringtones, altho ive only managed to find a few that do vibrate and ring AT THE SAME TIME. Its a function of the ringtone rather than a function of the phone that causes the vibrate and ring to start at different times.

The vibrate/ring feature works so that you have a chance to answer the phone BEFORE it starts ringing and possibly disturb people around you.
I have a cellphone jammer for inconsiderate, rude A$$HOLES who don't care where they are when getting a call. ie movies, restaurants, houses of worship.
5% of people suffer from hemorrhoids, and 95% of the people are PERFECT A$$HOLES.

you can get the simultaneous ring+vibrate feature with ringtones that have it enabled. you can also add vibrate feature to ringtones thru psm player (provided that you have the ringtone on the pc already). obviously, you can't download the ringtone from the phone, mod then upload back.

Ive since got several ringtones off the net via p2p apps that vibrate AND ring at at the same time. I am actually looking for a normal "Ring Ring" telephone style ringtone that does this - still havnt found one. If anyone wants some vibration+sound ringtones leave yr email addy here and I will email you a zip file with some (assuming i can still find them burried in the depths of my hard drive!)

Sure you can! just open the firmware in Januka or DIY and extract the tones!
Very very easy! Then I would suggest reading my tutorial on "How To Add vibra/led to your tones! You get a much better tone if you follow my instructions. I promise!
