You cannot do it the phone. However, if you have a usb data cable(ebay) and mobile phone tools (software), you can delete all you want.

I think first make a pics or a ring tone then name them exactly the same name with the pic or the tone you already have int the fone upload them in the it will ask you want to replace file that already exit say yes then it 'll replace .Now you can deleted by using delete function on you fone which it now should be there. Hope this help!!
PS : how to upload pics and tone ??? go back to the link that Duceduc had lead you to OK icon_wink.gif icon_wink.gif icon_wink.gif

Oh by the way, few of those pics and tone that came with you fone , when you deleted them you will not have any sound when power up/down!!! so go to your PST and use Ms backup and backup all you files in case you want to reload them back in.
I'm forgetting things this is a sign of getting old!!! icon_sad.gif icon_sad.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif

I use P2Kman to delete those files that came with the phone. If your p2kman is installed and working try using it. It may be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it is easy. Just remember to backup what you delete. You never know.

Make sure phone is turn on

Plug in the cable to usb port and than to the phone.

Open up p2kman. It will take about a minute to load up. You will see a list of files when it is loaded ok

Browse to your picture folder and look for the ones you want to delete. Try a few ones first just to get the hang of things.

There are names next to the picture on phone. Compare that to the p2kman program you just loaded. The path should be /a/mobile/picture/....

When you find it. Highlight it and right click. It should ask if you want to delete it or download. Click on download. The first time if may not work and gives you a message that says UNSUPPORTED.... Its ok. Try again.
Download it to a folder of your choice.

Now, with the same file. Right click and delete the picture. Once you delete it and it says ok. The picture on the phone should disspear.

Do the rest to the phone. I have delete all the pictures in the picture folder with no problem. Just remember to make sure you path name matches the both the phone and the p2kman list.

You can find it on the forth post of this thread. It is located underfree sofware. It is call p2kman. Make sure you also download and install pst 6.7. You need pst software for p2kman to work.
