You can download mobile phone tools 2.2 from this site http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/c/...vp2_ics_eng.zip
then you can convert mp3 or wave to adp as you wish (even to amr!). I have tried it and it works. Any more questions?

is there any program that permits transfer for adp tones larger than 48kb from pc to phone? note: LG content bank allows tranfer for 48kb for adp tones.

Hi,
I was so disturbed due to searching an adp converter, after search for hard i
found an free tool which will do that for LG & Blackberry Mobile phone. don't
just click on the link which i am going to tell you but read complete post.
first of all go to kangun. com create an free
account its basically community website like hi5 etc but it provide so many
other tools like Video grabber to download youtube , metacafe video and provide
tool for free to convert them for ipod, psp or mobile, so this site also have
mobile section basically for Ringtones, wallpapers & games. Anyway just create
an account and login to Your member area at member area you will find Mobile
Gallery click on that and once its load click on Mobile software and You will
find adp converter for Lg & blackberry mobile phones download it, unzip the
software once it complete, start the software it will ask you for mobile
connection type i.e USB, Bluetooth , Com etc Select Com Port, Program will start
try to detect the phone, just ignore it cause tone You are going to transfer
with your own mobile tool. Click on Small icon "Menu" on rite side of software
panel, it will launch media Studio from that select melody studio and that's it
, import wav files and save as .adp file . Enjoy
