I just bought a P510 and used the EasyGPRS 2.1.8 to connect to my PC. But I found out that the software couldnt connect to the cell phone, and there is no upgrade for the software on Samsung website. I got the Easy GPRS software from Samsung dealer. Is there anyone knows how to connect to P510 from PC? or how to use the EasyGPRS with P510? Many thanks!

Hi Dave
You dont say what your connecting with, I have the most luck with an irda but other posters on this site have used usb, serial data cables seem to be the most difficult

use OEM PCB093LBE serial cable it might work with easy gprs

If your going to use a serial cable see if you can borrow one or buy from a friendly shop that will take it back if it dont work. I could not get easy gprs to work with serail cable. My advice is to use irda, but like i say its only advice the decission is yours. Have a read at other posts if your unsure.
