How do I back up my phone's data before flashing it? I have a Samsung S105 and have Optiflash already downloaded but I want to make sure I have things backed up incase I flash the wrong stuff.
Anyone have suggestions?

just put out ur sim card from phone then atach ur phone with data cable now open optiflash then go to setting select s100 in model list then set com port and select 115200speed now clik ok then clik on back up and clik power buton on phone when optiflash say it will start to back up ur firmware

this didnt work.....please try to explain it in better english and with more detail
1) s100 and s105 is not on the list, s108 is on the list
2) there is no "back up" to click
i tried a few various things, and never did optiflash say "it will start to back up the firmware"
also, i got an error message that said "ERR_WRONG_LOADFILE"
please help.
