i have one a800 and i need to flash it.
can anybody tell me where to find the firm and how to put in it?

hi lad
i have seen in the first page only downloader for e800, what is this downloader?
i'm looking firm for a800, not e800 in spanish.
can you tell me how to know which country is every firm for?, because i can see the letter and the two first numbers in the firm name, and after this a serial of letters or number and i don't know what firm input in the phone.

You can flash your phone with a serial cable and ToolBox and you can get a firmware from http://www.gsm-solution.com.vn/support/ ust name and pass are "Free"

i have try many times to go to the link but allways say the same thing, "connection imposible".
other thing, i have one firm in zip format and inside i have four files, one .ogm, one .map, one .gul and one .axf, i have read in several post and i think i must use axf like principal and ogm like secondary, but this is if i'm flashing with wintdn and toolbox but if i want to use optiflash (somebody have told me is the best flasher for samsung), it ask me for .sre or .s3 file.
what can you tell me about this?

Hi guys,
I did what suggested.
Backup the firmware , ok
Erased the previous , ok
uploading the new one, error : Sending file error!
Now the phone has a orange lid service light 
Any help?
I did the factory reset due to a Alarm problem, and since i lost all the languages, execpt english I wanted to flash with my region language.
Thank a lot

Ok I've waded my way through forum after forum and I have the same problem as many others, when I switch on the A800 it gives one orange flash and a black frame appears on the screen. What I need is the idiots guide to sort it. I have flashed it but still same problem.

The passwor doesn't work. I'm trying to sort out the black border problem as well!!
