Check this thread out.
Check here for the firmware you want.
And to answer your question about what software is use, it is the Mobile Phone Tool.
The most common fash and flex Vxxx use are the FW: TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.4AR and the engineering flex: GI9V600000AA0E9
I am running the TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.45R flash and the engineering flex and have no problems.

You wanted AIM? If you flex the phone, AIM will be in there. I know the enigneering flex has it. The flex that you download may have it as well. (SE6452AXXP10F9_V600_ME0)
Email me for the other info.

I am not sure what you wanted to do. Do you have some recordings under voice records that you want to remove or you want to remove the voice records feature?

Thanks for your kind attention to my problem. When I make a voice recording I press the right button and a voice record is recorded. I want to export these recordings to a sound file on my computer using mobile tools. Any Ideas?

The only thing I can think of is to send the voice recording to yourself with a MMS message. However, when you insert the voice record, you cannot attached a saved recording but to make a recording as you are making the mms message.
Once you send yourself the file, save it as a storage file. Then, go to sound and look for the saved file. If you see the file under sound, you are good to go using mpt, or p2kman to download the file to your pc.
Hoped this helps. It seems like a pain in the butt. It seems best to get a digital voice memo recorder.
