Are you using the multi Flash/Flest of Pst and that what happened?. If that the case give me some time to dig and am at work right now away from my home pc. It did not do anything like that to me at all make sure you use the right tool. The Multi Flash/Flex is in the PST file it have a golden douple AA sign. Reason am saying all this is because i can not find the function to do the job in the main PST untill i went back and look at everything and boom it right there!!. That is why when i try to help people, i wrote out detail and some time i got a mad respone like they thnk am treated them like a moron!! but am not this stuff is all new to most of us it is to me like a forgen langue on top of a foreng langues !!

Did you have both program running PST and MSS?. Most importance thing did you have a restore point for your computer? . I don't know if you have read or i have metion to you or not but there is quite a few people are saying that MSS 3.4.1 and 3.5.8 have bug in it and it coule wipe out your HHD and reboot memories after 3 or 4 time used. I hope this is not the case did not sound like it , it more like you have both woftware running and its cause the problem.

No the bug is not on the fone don't worry, let's just unintall your 3.5.8 and the reintall it and then try your step again. By the way did you get any error out of the first couple steps ?
