*.jar dilemma

hey cud anyone tell here tell me how to upload *.jar files to my nokia 7250?coz my nokia only supports *jad files.Is there any way toconver the *jar files to *jad files?And morevor cud anyone tell me a gud place to download appz n java gameS?

I think u can use MobiMB (dload it at kazaa). You can't convert *.jar to *.jad because they are two different files... *.jad is the file that contains information about the game. Try and open it in notepad. *.Jar is the application/game file.

U can dload free game at kazaa. Try these keywords
1)92_Games_For_Nokia_6610_7210.Jaffarius.ShareReactor
2)Nokia 7210 6610 6100 7250 java games

You can go to nokia market place to buy game or app. NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD NOWDAYS. If they do,
1) xx days trial
2) demo version
3) beta version

thanx for the help,but here in india our isp has blocked kazaa coz of the number of viruses its go.i m speifically lookin for prince of persia n wolfenstein for my 7250.any other place where i can get it

Howdy , Here is a great program to solve the problem.

Download jadgen.zip and unzip the .exe

To make .jad files for the .jar you have downloaded onto your pc.
Just drag the .jar on top of the jadgen.exe , this will create a .jad file

Use Oxgyen Phone Manager II to upload the game or app to your phone.
You can use a full reg or demo copy of Oxgyen Phone Manager II.
This 100% works !!!! Just remember that if the file is over 64k , it
will not upload to the phone.

Instructions for Oxgyen Phone Manager II...

Once you have connected your phone via the data cable.
Open Oxgyen .. This should be able to pick up your phone model.
Click on the PHONE menu , then click LOAD FILE TO PHONE.
Here you can choose if its a app or game...
The file should upload to the phone. (Do not use the phone during uploading).......

Who's sick of paying WAP fee's for the games ?

Download Klondike WAP browser for your PC ,
Now in your normal web browser go to http://tagtag.com/site/search.php3
At tagtag.com just search for nokia , this should give a list of
WAP sites... Copy the shortcut of the web site listing
and make sure you cut it down to look like " tagtag.com/quattro "
Copy this link in the Klondike WAP browser...
Now you should be able to view the WAP site ?
Click the links as normal web browsing , once you have found a
download. Click on the link... This should come up with a WAP link error.
Copy and past the link on the above location bar , then paste it into
your normal web browser. Hit enter to load the address !
It should then download a .jar file onto your computer...
If it downloads a .jad file , just edit the address to .jar and then hit enter.
(Most WAP site's files are stored on HTTP servers)

Jadgen really works. I think the interface to open jad file should be improved. (IF u lost/delete your *. jad files, just used jadgen to create jar files. If u lost/delete your jar files, bye bye bullet)

Just dload Klondike WAP browser and still trying to connect to tagtag sites but no avail. Maybe the site is down.

Remember to load tagtag.com in your normal browser (IE/Netscape/Opera etc)

Then do a search for nokia
