Well, i don't have an e715 but from what specs look like online it is a 900/1900MHz (Frequency) phone. I would look for some kind of network settings and then look for something where you can choose what band to use. 1900MHz where you are. Did you get the phone from overseas or was it previously a T-Mobile phone. Since this will only work on 1900MHz, make sure you have coverage where you are. Know any1 that has T-Mobile that works where u are?

I dont know how to change the network settings. It was previously a T Mobile phone that was purchased in the US from the US, and I do know peoepl who have T Moblie phones that work here.

well, you might have the same problem that the other guy had that JCMeyers responded too. since it was a t-mobile phone before, it's already set to the 1900mhz band so there would be nothing to switch to anyway since 900 isn't used in the US.
