What's an access tone? When you connect to make a call?

I'm sorry because my question isn't clearly. This is the tone when I make a call and talk to a person, after 3s I hear this tone. Can you help me turn off it.

I've never gotten a tone when I connect with my T68i. The only time is when I use voice command and it beeps me to say a command.

I've had the t68m and now the t68i, and I have never heard any type of tone like that. Is it the sound that you hear when you set the phone to beep every minute durning conversation? What provider do you use, it might be something on their end.
Hope that helps

might be a minute minder? look in Calls/Time & Cost/Call Timers/Minute Minder and see if it's off. I guess the minute minder is so that you can track how long you've been talking or something.. all it does in my case is annoy me.

Minuter minder has already turned off and I hear that tone just once during the conversation. I really hate that tone.
