Thanks mikekay10 for all the help.
I really appreciate it. I got the motokit and did what you said about going into mobile and doing the startup/shutdown thing. My shutdown animation and sound works great and my startup animation works great also the only problem I am having now is that my startup sound does not work at all. I checked the mp3 and it sounds fine in my PC I also replaced it again on my phone using p2kman and did the motokit thing again but still no luck. Any suggestion as to how to fix this?

thanks very much problem solved. You guys are great!! Thanks for all the help. Only last thing remain is the mic volume is too low and I am trying to figure that one out. The new thread is already started in motorola talk.
