If other people could post there Network settings this would help.
I know most Service providers DO give support for settings and can send the setting via a sim update. but it is also handy to have this info anyway.

so Mrq from what i understand so far, there is no CSD setting for the cingular(t-mobile) service for v200? or can you tell me how to change it to CSD?
and the settings you posted on firmware upgrade instructions (for mms and t-zone) will work in united states right?
Something for you folks up in Europe! I found this 'lying' around... Hoping it makes any sense.
