upon loading up mulitflashflex, do you see the phone load up down below where the grid lines are?

It goes through 3 pst framework loading or searching boxes and then gives me that error. I click OK and the program loads but when I select my flash file and click start I get: The application is not initialized! (Flash Tool/Super File)

You should be able to see you phone on that grid before it will work. I don't have the mulitflash flex up so I don't know the exact name. It seems the program is not detecting your phone.

gives me error opening flash when opening pst. I give up for this morning
ok i think i know your problem...first off reply and let me know what version of pst you are using...if its 6.7 or 6.9 your problem might be you didnt install the patch...either that or you left one program open when trying to load PST Multiflashflex...
