Rename it to mmcstore.txt and open it. At the end will be the password.
If you've allready formated the phone, you've bad luck. Than it won't be possible to retrieve the password or reset it.
In that case, the card is lost. |
hi all,
i have done the above and i cannot find a file called mmcstore using fexplorer on my nokia 7610, is there another way or should i just throw the card in the bin now!!

If the file isn't there, the card is lost.

Nope. The memory cards password will prevent it (even card reader won't see the card).

But this app will only work when the file is still there.
Since you say it isn't there anymore, you won't be able to retrieve the password.

sorry to drag this up again, but just had a thought, is it just the memory card that comes with the phone that wont work, or will any other card that i try come up with the same request for the memory card password?? dont want to spend money on another card for it not to wrok if you see what i mean!! i assume that the new card will work once formatted??
