"AVI Compressed Stream creation failed. A suitable compressor cannot be found" I get this error message everytime I try to upload videos from my D410 to PC. Please help

it is not possible because samsung software does not support video uploading yet

Yes it does. I have the D410 and I can currently upload video to my PC with Easy GPRS. Some other samsung phones its not possible with.
I just go to file transfer on Easy GPRS and I have 2 folders I can download from when my phone is connected, "My photos" and "My Videos".
I can successfully transfer the videos and when I double click them in XP, they open and play in windows media player. The only problem I have is there is no sound being played. But on the phone there is sound.

Well, maybe I cant upload to my PC because it's(my PC at work) still running Win98. I will try to upload to my notebook which runs WinXP when I get home tonight, and then I will tell you tomorrow. Thanx for the quick replies.

use easy gprs 2.1.8 it will work fine

I use easy gprs 2.1.8 software that came with the fone. It works on my notebook which runs WinXP, but it doesnt work on my PC wich runs Win98. On my PC(Win98) I can only upload fotos not vidios.

Hi guys.
I'm a newbie. i need help with how u guys connect to the d410!
i just got my usb cable and installed the drivers for it. Now i don't know how to connect the d410 with my pc. The usb i bought separetely so the cd included is a burnt one. it does have the easy GPRS 2.18, PcLink t410(which i don't think works). Can u guys help me out . THX!!!

install windows xp becaz 98 donot supports some Dll used in easy gprs

Actually i'm running windows xp professional. i live in windsor, ont. so i don't think i have gps here . just gsm. i have alot of trouble finding either the software to connect the phone and the pc. or i just don't know how to use what i have. The cd included easygprs 2.18, easystudio s508,
(PC Link for T108 and for t408 which i don't think works because i have a d410) Please help! THX alot !

Hi!
