My t720 is from alltel. I've been having fun with graphics and ringtones for about a week now and I want some games on here, but apparently my flash/flex doesnt have java, therefore i cannot even enable it? If this is so, then i will need new firmware/flex (not sure which cuz im a newb) but I dont event know where to begin with that. Wut firmware and flex files can I use, is there a difference if I am cdma or gsm...etc...etc....Any help would be appreciated.

You will need PST 6.7 and Patch.
MIDWAY 2.8
Jadmaker or Jadgen.
PST to open up your hiden java uploader function
MIDway to transfer jad game to your fone
Jadmaker to change game that in jar to jad

Hagan,
I have the same config. T720 with alltel service. When I try to enable kjava with PST 6.7 with patch, it says that either the phone does not support kjava, or the feature is not enabled. But, i can't enable it. any thoughts?

Open PST with fone plug in--> new file--->Kjava--> read fone ,notice those two line asy somthing like java enable make sure that say java enable. Whenyou do read fone it will put ur fone on suspend ..blackout!!
Don't worry after it deos it thing read fone done go restar fone--> unplug fone then on fone -->menu__>setting-->java tool-->should see java uploader now select-->insert cable now. Go to midway setting there is 3 boxes.
1 comport#. you need to findout what comport you fone modem was in and match the com# with midway setting.
2 choose highest #
3 type in AT.
use openjad button to load the game in then hit the buton right next to it (send jad) should say transmitting then lookat your fone it will say download slected and you r there. if get stuck ?? u know who to call

Hagan, when i choose new kjava file and do a read, thats when i get the message saying my phone does not support kjava. Thiss message is an error box/window that i have to hit ok on. After hitting ok, the enable button is greyed out. I'm assuming this fuction is disabled through the firmware somehow. So how can i change my firmware, and what version do i need? I have pst 7.1.1 with the patch, and i also have Motorola Service Software version 3.6.

My bad I'm so sorry tojump the gun so fast !!. As i notice you have a T720c correct? if it is then I don't know how to help you because most of this stuff is for GSM and your fone is CDMA and your fone did not use simcard? and your carrier more likely to be verizon. There is somthing you can do to upgrade it but because i'm on GSM so I have not read up on CDMA. Go to this forum and serach cause i saw the thread talk about this once.

I'm sorry for leading you on a wild goose chase and lost a lot of valuable time!!.
