Try starting the phone without the memory card inserted.
If the phone boots up, then the problem is with something on the card. Try and format it, and see if it works. Do you have a lot of stuff on the card?
The only reason you charge the battery is because if it cuts out during the format, your phone is screwed. Not even Nokia can help you.

I removed the MMC card and after restarting the phone works perfectly. After a while I put it back, and it works again. As like nothing happened.  At least, so far...

when i access the multia media message i recive system error...and the aplication is close. what i must do...please help me.. if i format my phone memory it will work. i need a software for find the problems on my system phone or for format memory

your problem is not the phone memory, is the mmc, get it out, and after will work normaly, if not, go to a service, is cheap for 3650
