How much is text messaging?? How many are included? Are text messages from cingular to other cingular users free just like the phone calls? I see under optional features, Voicemail is under this... Voicemail is free, right? How much is surfing the internet? Can anyone explain this?

If you do not sign up witha package, text message is .10 per sending and receiving from any phone or email. Sending to another Cingular phone is not free, nor is receiving from other Cingular phones.
Calling your vm is not free either per say. It uses your monthly plan minutes.
Using wap service (surfing the internet) is .1 per kb transfer.
However, if you have the media package. The included features per month is: 250 sms text messages, 50 mms messages, 1mb of WAP. The cost is $7.99.
There is a $19.99 plan as well with unlimited WAP service but not the others. I can't remember off the top of my head what the limits are.

oK. so now I got a couple more questions: what is sms and mms? lol
Also, 1MB of WAP is enough for how much surfing?

sms are plain text messsages
mms are mulitmedia messages (pictures, sounds)
