hey, When ever I try to load an .ems file in pst through the M-Service backup, it says "M-services (ems) not supported by this type of phone. I have a motorola c353 and am connecting through a usb cord and I know my phone supports .ems, at least it says so on the motorola site. Any ideas?
~thanks

try using MSS 3.5.2 'File Browser' utility for uploading .ems files. It works but you have to upload individually. But ill look into that problem for you if you still wish to use M-Services

pst-when I load .ems file it says "M-services (ems) not supported by this type of phone".

p2kman-I cannot open the drop down menu of my phone in the upper left corner of the screen.

mobile phone tools-Multimedia center never lights up and I cannot click on it.

MSS-Does not detect my usb cord and thinks its a serial cord.

MSS is crazy that way!. Try a few time , when open MSS with fone plugin. Main function befor do read pfone swith tho USB connection and click at the read phone tap 4 or 5 time sometime to have it work.
I have work with MSS 5..2.8 and 3.6 is very tricky to install and you have to start the emulate file be for atart MSS or is will say HARPS not found or program just don't work right
