I have a problem today with T-Mobile representative and the financial care center. Two weeks ago, I talked to the guy who told me that I had up to 14 days. Last week I had a conversation with a female one regarding the $366.47, she said I have up to October 31st to pay the $166.47 and waive the $200. Then later on, I received the collection agency bill today. I was furious. I called the T-Mobile to make a complained. The guy JT said that they won't do nothing about it and can not discuss with me. I went, "WT..." First he said the financial department will not accept my call. But turned around and transferred me to the lady in financial department. I argued two times..that I will not pay the $366.47 full becuz the lady told me I had up to October 31st, they said the lady misinformed me about it, I said that is not so. What's going on with T-Mobile people???? They closed up and sent you a dead-end letter and then behind your back, they sent it to collection agency after the last conversation. I still need that service to use the Sidekick but soon get a new Sidekick II pager becuz the Sidekick (old) is malfunctioning... What would you do if you are in my shoes with this situation?

if you talked to the financial department, the issue may have already been sent to collections, which means they will send the letter anyway... if you set up a payment plan with financial services, you should be ok...

I'm back. Anyway. I forgot to come back and replied. I was busy in college and kids. The good news, they removed some and some and I only paid how much I owed. So they removed the cancellation fee. Instead of using my old Sidekick pager. I bought a new Sidekick II. Sadly, they can't get my discount back. At least, it went well with the payment. So hopefully, it will NOT happen again to me. They apologized greatly for what happened while conversation. I have emails and Sprint Relay copies that I did had conversations with T-Mobile. They claimed I never contacted them. I showed them the proofs and they removed the cancellation fees and other fees. Whew! Now it makes me smile. T-Mobile store manager told me next time if I run into any problem is to come to their store and never call the T-Mobile. She'll do it for me. Now I'm starting to like my own pager again. Thanks.
BTW, the financial dept you mentioned, mbuckle, they won't listen to the reasons that I was right. So I contacted the collection department that they referred my account there, he listened to me very well. I got my own email address back, but ended up with a new account and a new yucky phone numbers.. I wanted my old numbers back. Is there anyway I can get a new phone number changed? Because a few gang people called my cellphone with this number and I'm getting tired of those people who asked for "Pepe" or "Carlos" or "Tiny" and "Loca"...I'm fed up. I told them this is MY phone numbers now. Need a help please.

Yeah just call tmobile and explain that problem, they will change your number free of charge, BTW if you have a problem call CC dont go to the dealer. MOST dealers know how to sell phones they dont know policy/procedure.
