I need the software to flash my phone i have a RAZR V3 silver, and i have the firmware and flexware files but cant find the app to flash this thing...

The software youneed is call PST 7.1.1 and it copyright protected so it's warez. You on your own try to find this. Good Luck

Hi,
I have been reading the whole thread, I have PST & USB drivers for my V400. My V400 currently have TRIPLETS_G_0B_09.4DR & GS9V400CIN02NA184

1st I need to know without much risk... can I just do flashing...

so far I understand that...

Flashing= (new firmware)
Flexing= (new hacked features)

I hope I am correct icon_confused.gif

Anyway...

what would be the LATEST version of TRIPLETS as of now...

TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.1FR
TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.4AR

...and what is the LATEST VERION for GS9V400CIN02NA184?
How do I tell if their is new version & it's compatible with my V400?

Sorry for the tardy reply didnt see this post lol, First off there is always going to be a risk with flashing and flexing, thats why we say "Do at your own risk lol" Cant promise you that you wont kill your phone so if your not comfortable with that dont do it.

Flashing is a procedure inwhich you change the flash file on your phone or S/W version which is like the OS for your phone, Flash is a file that contains code for you phone.

Flexing is a procedure in which you change the flex file on your phone, Flex files contain only settings and graphics for you phone.

Now im not to sure what the latest flash/flex files are of the above but from my knowledge the most stable flash files are TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.45R & TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.4FR and a good unbranded flex with little or no nasty bugs is the GI9V600000AA0E9.zip

I just noticed GI9V600000AA0E9.zip is for V600 model... do you think it's OK for V400 also?

I did a lot of research & found... TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.72R to be the Lastest version...

with all in pack listed as TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.72R_LP0032_JPJAVA_G_0B_TRIPLET_04_05R_SE6424AXXT11D4_ 1FF
seems to be the latest file.

Although last TRIPLETS version ever will be release is .73R
in few months...

Let me know if someone doesn't agree?

72r so far is the best and stable

Fool have you tried 72r and noticeable improvements over 45R or 4FR? Have heard not much different slightly faster menu response but havent heard anything about stability.
