2 ggod thing out of flash it.

firstly i loaded motorola phone tools. but before i did that i pluged in the usb cable. now when i read the manual it says it is extremely important i install mobile tools before plugging the phone in. this may have created an error. ive also got blue hardware error screens. if i uninstall everything should i install phone tools first or just forget installing it altogether? perhaps it uses up the drivers for the other programs......
