I have a v620 and the damn thing keeps freezing on me and showing a black screen with the time stopped on the outside. I want to reflash it so hopefully it will be fixed. I found 2 files in the v620 directory:
R376_G_0E.65.25R_LP0024_GSRV620T673NZ070_1FF.rar
R376_G_0E.66.06R_reflash.rar
I presume i use the reflash version but it is considerably smaller. Which one should i use??
Can i use a different one say the v3 razor. I have read through the forum but i just want to make sure before i cook it. And what flex should i use.
Thanks,

R376_G_0E.65.25R_LP0024_GSRV620T673NZ070_1FF.rar is a Monster pack and includes both flash and flex. R376_G_0E.66.06R_reflash.rar is just a flash file.

OK i used the R376_G_0E.65.25R_LP0024_GSRV620T673NZ070_1FF.rar
file and it worked great, my phone hasn't blacked out on me yet, thanks. The only problem is that it has this Ideas start up and buttons in the main menu, is there anyway of getting rid of this or is there an original motorola flex out there or something better for my v620, cheers.
EDIT: Nevermind found out how to do it. Thanks for everyones help, Great forum.

Thats not the case for most models. MOST Motorola phones cannot be unlocked with cable and s/w they require a smartclip. Models that can be unlocked with s/w and cable are v180 v220 c650 v80 c385 v200
