Hi xXxSamsungxXx, I wanted to know what would be the benefits of upgrading the flash and flex of the phone?

Depends on what your original flash is and what you are flashing too.

Hi, I'm willing to update my Razr V3 to enable the Video recording and downloaded this pack R374_G_0E[1].42.09R_LP0003_Reflash.zip from your site but have no idea which flex should I use.

Also in the Zip file there is a boot file included which I don't know if I have to use the same procedure or what, which one goes first, and if after that I have to upload the language pack too.

I would really appreciate you can give me some help.

BTW, if my phone is locked can I upgrade it too?

I would just leave your original flex on, I didnt have to use the bootloader file when I updated to 40.09R. Yes you can do the upgrade even if your phone is locked.
