Is there any way to flash a phone back to the original setting? I used some program that changed my IMEI (not sure why I did this) so now I can't use my phone. I want to get my original IMEI back, but don't know how to do this. I am hoping flashing it back to the original settings will do this. Any help, please?

Hi everyone,

I want to flash a motorola V3 (R374) into chinese. I've been looking for informations about what do I need and how can I do it. Finaly I found somewhere that I need lp004d flash to do this. But where can I find it?

I've searched in google for "R374 lp004d download", but I haven't found anything usefull.

The only site I found was "en.soft4gsm" with lots of "R374 LP004D" files, but:

a) I have to pay at least 5€ for them
b) theese are .PCF files
(for example "R374 G 0E.40.64R PDS002 LP004D DRM0003 JPJAVA G 0E V3 04 05R GSMV3xxT672UY067 1FF.pcf")

What are .pcf files? Somewhere I saw I need an .shx file, somewhere else,- .mwf. I also saw some .smf files for another motorola, not V3, by rapidshare.

Now I am totally confused. so my question is: where can I find an lp004d flash for V3-R374 an which type schould be the flash file?

Hi all,

Newbie here. I bought one of those supposed flash codes from an online site for a Motorola razr v3 and they sent me some software to flash the phone. I followed the instructions to the letter and the message on the laptop said flash process successful and when i tried to turn the phone one, I heard the normal sounds it makes when it comes one and the keys are making the right sounds but no image on the larger screen inside the phone. When i looked at the smaller screen outside the phone, I see a dark image of the Motorola logo and after a few minutes of inactivity it shows the time. What can I do to fix this issue?
