amen on that one well come on lets be fair sometimes you will get a great rep who will help you out so yeah you should always try customer care first but if it doesnt work dont stress hang up the phone and call ceo period.. is this gonna work for every customer no course not but if you really been wronged they will help you ..

Someone is put on the smart access because of their credit. It is policy that a person must be smart access for 1 year before converting to post paid. You also must have 6 months of good pay history. This type of account has been offered for those who couldn't get a phone with out a massive deposit.
Now about changing price plans with T-Mobile. The contract with tmobile is stating that you agree to stay with tmobile for the term of your contract. You can make changes to your account but if you are chosing a promotional plan then your contract would start over. All price plans are not available to everyone such as a post paid price plan can not be added to a smartaccess account..If you have questions you can avoid calling customer care by going to tmobile.com and entering into your acct and go to plans and services. There you can change your price plan or add and delete features. On smartaccess accounts some of the features are not available to all price plans offered for smart access accounts.

The first thing you should do at this point is to go to the Better Business Bureau website and be sure to put in a complaint exactly as you have it there. Explaining everything that happened to you.
It seems that people will do better once they receive something from the Better Business Bureau.
I am considering it myself with the issues I am currently having with t-mobile myself.
