thanks to all who have been writing in I too am having a refund issue and they won't give me even they district managers name or phone number so if u do find out a corporate number or the ceo number please send it to me asap I only have 3 days left to return my phones

T-mobile has a lot of explaining to do. I never authorize any of them to get my mithly bill payment fron any of my account axcept one time that I authorized one of them to get $10.00 to put on my reflex acct. What did this girl I talked to did? She put me on their ez pay program, took out money from my bank for my monthly payment and it was not even due yet. Lately, I paid them through my AMEX and at the same day, took out money again from my Wells Fargo bank account. This is the 3rd time they did this. This is called "STEALING" due to unauthorize withdrawal of funds. Chase bank had to change my card nos. because of them. Wells Fargo had to place a cancellation order on Sept. 10 (2nd time it happened) but for some reason T-mobile has an access to my checking account also, so instead of using my debit card (since they can't access with it anymore), they used my checking acct. I want to know the corporate address of T-Mobile and send a registered complaint and notice of contract termination due to unauthorized withdrawal of funds. Any one there who can help me?
